Rosemary Pear Mocktail

September is flying by. Kids are back in school, leaves are beginning to change, pumpkin spice is everywhere, and, if you've been paying attention, you'll notice that pears are at the peak of their season. We asked our friend, Meghan Yager of Cake 'n Knife, to help us craft the perfect evening drink to replace your alcoholic beverages. Inspired by seasons and the local produce available, this mocktail calls on several lively spa-inspired botanicals to deliver an effervescent trip to your favorite spa in a glass.

Spa-Inspired Rosemary Pear Mocktail


  • 1/2 pear, chopped
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 TBSP simple syrup (if you don't have any handy check out our Golden Hour Mocktail recipe for a look at how to make your own.)
  • 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
  • 6 OZ sparkling water
  • 0.5 - 1 ML Jihi Reverie
  • Garnish: rosemary sprig, pear slices


  1. Muddle together pear, rosemary, syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Fill with ice and shake briefly.
  3. Strain into cocktail glass.
  4. Top with Reverie and sparkling water.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish and serve.
