Ingredients

Spicy Mango Smoothie

  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

Beet Raspberry Smoothie

  • 1/3 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 medium raw red beet, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 blood oranges, peeled and segmented
  • Honey, to taste (optional)
  • Chia seeds, for garnish

 Instructions:

Add orange juice, lemon juice, frozen mango chunks, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and grated ginger to the blender in the order listed. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and add honey, if desired, until sweetened as you like. Divide between two glasses.

Rinse out the blender and blender top. 

Add pomegranate juice, beet, frozen raspberries, and oranges in the order listed. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and add honey, if desired, until sweetened as you like. Divide between the two glasses. You can use a spoon to gently swirl the two smoothies together. 

Top with chia seeds, if desired. Serve.
