Strawberry Kombucha Mocktail

The summer heat is here, with nights staying hotter than ever. Take the evening to cool down and relax with this delicious strawberry mocktail. This refreshing kombucha-based recipe not only tastes great, but is good for you too. Every time you sip on this kombucha mocktail, you're also refreshing your body with immune-enhancing vitamin B, probiotics, and antioxidants. Strawberry Kombucha Mocktail with Jihi Reverie Evening Herbal Supplement

Strawberry Kombucha Mocktail

Makes: 2 mocktails
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes


  • 4 mint leaves
  • 6 strawberries, stems removed and quartered
  • 1 OZ fresh lime juice
  • 8 OZ kombucha (we used ginger flavored, but plain is good too!)
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Halved strawberries, mint sprigs


  1. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves, strawberries, and lime juice until the strawberries are broken down well.
  2. Divide the puree between two cocktail glasses filled with ice.
  3. Top with kombucha and sparkling water.
  4. Stir to combine. Garnish and enjoy.

Recipe Notes:
You can use frozen strawberries, just make sure they are thawed before using. Sparkling water is ideal but flat water can be used to top off the mocktail.
