How to prepare
Test Type: Blood
When to Test: Day 19, 20, or 21 of your cycle, or any day if non-cycling
Special Preparations: Fasting required – do not eat or drink anything except water for 10-12 hours beforehand. Collect the sample before 9 AM, and return to your normal routine.
