Because of the clean ingredients in the Petal Milk Serum, separation is natural. If it doesn't look milky then the oil has separated itself. This is fine, just shake, shake, shake it up!

If the Merrimint balm melts, cools, melts again (etc) it can start to take on a gritty texture. This is because of the natural melting point of the clean ingredients inside. If you have just purchased a Merrimint and it feels "gritty," please reach out to us at sayhi@jihi.com and we will replace your jar. To prevent grittiness from developing, store in a cool dark place.

Our Reverie Evening Supplement and Petal Milk Face Serum are both made from broad spectrum CBD (phytocannabinoid-rich hemp oil) and contain less than 0.3% THC. Our Merrimint Body Balm was designed with athletes in mind with CBD isolate, which is THC-free.
