Jihi uses broad spectrum CBD (Reverie Evening Supplement, Petal Milk Face Serum) and CBD isolate (Merrimint Body Balm) that is rigorously tested for potency and purity. We utilize the highest standards of farming and manufacturing at all stages in our supply chain, ensuring a consistent, clean and effective product - every time.
Although we believe CBD to be a safe ingredient, the FDA has not given its stamp of approval (yet). As such, we are required to inform you that this product's safety has not been determined by the federal government.

Our products are best if used within 6-12 months. To keep them fresh, store in a cool place outside of direct sunlight.
Yes, you can can recycle your shipping packaging as well as the containers and their cartons. The specialty myron glass used for our products is specially designed to block UV light - consider reusing a container or two. Yes, you will be charged sales tax based on the destination of your order. This will be calculated at checkout.
We'll send you an email to let you know when your order was received, processed, and shipped. We'll also provide you a tracking number.
This depends on the shipping option you select. Standard ground shipping will take between 2-5 days, but there are expedited options for quicker delivery. Orders placed before noon will be fulfilled that same day, others could take up to 24 hours.

Our standard shipping flat rate is $7.95 and expedited shipping is $15.00. Orders over $100 ship free.

Unfortunately we cannot accept international orders at this time.
We are unable to process orders that ship to states where CBD is illegal, including Idaho, Iowa, North Dakota or Nebraska.

We want to be able to deliver your products quickly, so we move quickly. Once an order has been processed it can't be cancelled or changed.
