Blackberry Mule Mocktail

The official kick-off to summer has started! This is the season of sunshine, abundance, and new growth. With the end of the school year, longer days, and warmer weather upon us, we get to look forward to enjoying more time together with friends and family (we're thinking backyard BBQs, sunshine, lots of laughter, and the occasional s'more!) This season is also a time for growth, starting outside in our garden with fresh fruit and extending into our lives with new and fresh perspectives.

This time of abundance and growth can also be a time of overindulgence for many of us, so we asked our friend, Meghan Yager of Cake 'n Knife, to help us craft the perfect evening drink to replace the traditional cocktail with ginger beer to a mocktail. This refreshing mocktail with ginger beer is the perfect mix of sweetness with a hint of mint that pairs perfectly with deep belly laughs and an evening bonfire.
